We’ve spent the last 12 years honing our Property Investment skills in the UK and building our own £6.5M Portfolio. We know the ins and outs of the property industry by heart. But We’ve also learned that for some, the journey is too much of a confusing and expensive struggle to justify the gains.
We feel as much personal and professional satisfaction by leveraging the same strategies we’ve used to amass our own wealth in property and applying it to help overseas buyers build portfolios in the UK.

IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY
We quit our full time, highly paid jobs in Engineering and Oil & Gas to go full time in property and start a business together, combining our skills, just before the world shut down for Covid-19.
It was a true trial by fire, bringing a property investment business into the world, just as it turned upside down. It was the most difficult thing we've ever done. But, the learnings, the skills, the systems we built, the strategies we needed to create and implement just to survive, have taught us so much, and allowed us to build a unique business in an industry that hasn't changed in hundreds of years.
We took our Investing experience and systems to the next level for overseas buyers by growing our own build team to do building projects, for which we've been nationally recognised more than once.
Then to put the cherry on the cake we launched our own lettings agency to keep the costs of management down for our clients.
