We’ve been in the HMO game for years, helping investors build and scale profitable portfolios right here in Kent, as well as a combined £12M Portfolio ourselves. We know what works, what doesn’t, and how to make HMOs cashflow properly without the usual headaches.
Along the way, we’ve picked up industry awards, worked with hundreds of investors, and helped people go from first-time landlords to multi-property portfolio owners. Whether it’s a straightforward 6-bed HMO or a chunky commercial HMO, we’ve done it, and we help others do the same.

IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY
We left high-paid careers in Engineering and Oil & Gas to go all-in on property—just before the world shut down for Covid-19. It was a trial by fire, launching an investment business while everything changed overnight. It forced us to innovate, systemize, and rethink how property investment should be done.
That challenge shaped everything we do today. We’ve built a systems-driven business, constantly refining processes to remove both ourselves and our investors from the day-to-day grind. Smart software, AI, and automation ensure that managing an HMO portfolio isn’t just profitable—it’s simpler, supported by modern technology fit for 2025!
